How do I connect to my device?

*Via USB C to cable to get signal, touch and power input if there is a full-featured Type 3.1 port

*If not, via mini HDMI to HDMI + USB C to C cable(only power supply) to get signal, touch and power input

*Ensure proper connection to get the touch

Why is the touch screen not compatible with my iPad/iPhone/Macbook?

Touch screen function may not be available due to system protection of some devices. For example, PS3/4/5, Switch, X-box, Steam-Deck, Fire TV stick/cube and some Apple devices

What if the cursor is on the PC screen instead of the portable display when touched?

Calibration required (Windows only). Control Panel→Hardware and Sound→Tablet PC Settings→Set up→Press ENTER→Click Portable monitor screen

Why does the brightness reset to 30% when turning off/on?

Please make sure to power the monitor with the included 30W adapter to avoid flickering, inability to increase brightness or volume
