The screen shows “no signal”, what can I do?

If you see “No Signal” screen, please check and confirm all cables are connected correctly, unplug and re-plug the HDMI cable, or try a new HDMI cable.

The touch function doesn’t work.

You must connect the middle full-feature Type C port with the device in use to get the touch to work.

My PC recognizes it but the screen is black.

Insufficient power supply may cause the screen flickering or going black, please connect to an external power source to solve the issue.
