HOW TO GET A COOLING BALACLAVA – JUST 3 SIMPLE STEPS 
STEP 1:
Just take out the gel ice packs from the opening end
STEP 2:
Put the ice packs in a freezer for at least 2 hours
STEP 3:
After freezing, take out the gel ice packs and put it back inside balaclava
STEP 4:
Then you will get a cooling balaclava, and the cooling effect is best within 30 min. 30 minutes later, the balaclava with gel ice packs will also be cooling than a normal mask
Will the gel ice packs become stiff or drip after freezing ?
No, we have tested that the ice packs still be soft after freezing for more than 2 hours, and do not drip at all.
Can I wash the gel ice packs ?
No, it can not be washed, which will destory its effect.
Can the gel ice packs be heated ?
Yes, it can be heated in a microwave oven for 30s.
